mattbraunger: The man, Lenny Bruce, getting arrested after a show. The look of resigned “Ah, fuck this” kills me. I love the story of how he and a young George Carlin got thrown into the same paddywagon after one of Lenny’s shows. Lenny got arrested for obscenity, George was an audience member who refused to show any ID to a cop on his way out.  When Lenny saw him in the paddywagon, he said, “Why the hell are you in here?” “I wouldn’t show my ID to that cop,” responded George.  “You dumb schmuck!!!” said Lenny.
