I probably would have named The Colbert Report one of The 25 Most Powerful TV Shows of the Last 25 Years for finally putting Stephen Hawking in his place, but according to Mental Floss, it was the show’s sponsorship of the 2010 US Olympic Speedskating Team that did it.
