BRAJSCHETTA!

For the wonderful Workaholics crew!

I didn’t have the *exact* ingredients to make bruschetta (I was missing the bread itself…) for our belated Workaholics party so I improvised, and Brajschetta was born!

3-4 cloves of pressed garlic

2 roma tomatoes, chopped

2 TBS extra virgin olive oil

1/2 finely chopped red onion

dried rosemary, oregano, and basil to suite taste

and of course, sea salt and pepper!

Combine ingredients in a glass bowl, stir. Sample; adjust seasonings as needed!

Serve with whole wheat crackers, feta cheese ANNNND most important of all, a healthy dose of Workaholics! ;)

When the Workaholics Tumblr first mentioned making bruschetta for the premiere, we never thought it would lead to actual recipes and pics getting sent to us.
