Hey Lil Rel! I want to be a comedian. Got any advice?
Just keeping hitting stages, respect and really understand the art of comedy… Also be yourself not anyone else… Its ok to be influenced by who you look up to but find your own voice…

Question for Lil Rel: Whatever happened with that Living Color reboot?
Honestly I still kinda don’t know exactly but I know that Keenen and Fox decided not to air it who knows really why… Google an interview Keenen did with BET or the New York times not sure which one where he gives an answer… The only thing I can say is that I had a blast taping the show and become really good friends with castmates Jermaine Fowler and Jennifer Bartells… We actually just shot a pilot for comedy central from a show we created, wrote and produced called Legion of goons along with The Lucas Brothers, Josh Rabonowitz, and Kevin Barnett… With all that being said even though you won’t see In Living Color it opened up a great deal of doors for me…
Anonymous asked you:
Lil Rel: were there any bits Comedy Central wouldn’t let you do on your special???
Nope everything I submitted they let me do and I’m really happy about that…
